Introduction to Trail Running Retreat
If the cabin orientation you’re after isn’t available, get in touch and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Spend a weekend immersed in nature, with scenic trails, delicious food, and invaluable insights into training and racing. Enjoy guided runs through the breath-taking Quantock Hills. Between runs, take advantage of Pilates, strength and conditioning, and stretch sessions, all specifically designed to enhance your performance and aid recovery. In the evenings, Fi will share her wealth of experience of trail running, offering practical tips on nutrition, training strategies, and preparing for your next big adventure.
Who is this for?
This retreat is perfect for anyone new or relatively new to trail running who wants to explore scenic trails, learn tips and tricks for tackling hills and uneven terrain, and enjoy a fun, supportive weekend with like-minded people. Runs may be up to 20km, depending on the group, but the pace will be relaxed with plenty of breaks to enjoy the views and catch your breath.
We’ll always stick together and no one will be left behind, but to give you an idea of the level of the group, you should be able to run a flat 10k in around an hour.
