We are excited to be joined by Gary House, expert coach, ultra specialist and finisher of the Dragon’s Back race. Join Gary for a  weekend of fun on the trails and invaluable insights in training and racing in Multi-day ultras. Spend a weekend immersed in nature, with scenic trails, delicious food and great company. Between runs, take advantage of Pilates, strength and conditioning, and stretch sessions, all specifically designed to enhance your performance and aid recovery. In the evenings, Gary will share his wealth of experience in ultra running, offering practical tips on nutrition, training strategies, and preparing for your next big adventure.

Who is this for?

This retreat is perfect for anyone new to the world of ultra and multi-day racing, and anyone who wants to improve in these very long races.  You’ll explore scenic trails, learn tips and tricks for tackling hills and uneven terrain, and enjoy a fun, supportive weekend with like-minded people. Runs may be up to 30km, depending on the group, the pace will be relaxed with plenty of breaks to enjoy the views and catch your breath.
