Ultra Trail Running Retreat with Beth Pascall
If the cabin orientation you’re after isn’t available, get in touch and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
We are thrilled to announce that Beth Pascall will be joining us for this ultra-running experience weekend . A renowned figure in the running world, Beth's most notable achievements include winning the Western States Endurance Run in 2021 and holding the Bob Graham Round record. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from Beth as she shares insights on running, racing, nutrition, and balancing the demands of training, work, and motherhood. The camp includes up to four runs in the stunning Quantock Hills, featuring a long Sunday run. Participants will also benefit from targeted strength, stretching, and Pilates sessions tailored specifically for runners. Enjoy plenty of delicious, performance-focused meals designed to support recovery and fuel your training.
Who is this for?
Anyone with a passion for trail running and an interest in the longer distances. We will run as a group with plenty of breaks to take in the scenery. The emphasis will be on the shared experience rather than the pace, that being said, you should be comfortable with 20km+ training runs.
