Women’s weekend with Sophie Power
If the cabin orientation you’re after isn’t available, get in touch and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
We are thrilled to be joined by Sophie Power, the woman behind She Races. Sophie has been behind some of the most important steps forward for women in running, including the introduction of pregnancy policies in most of the major races across the world. She is also a mum of three and a double Guinness World Record Holder! During the retreat, you'll enjoy guided runs with Fi and Sophie, complemented by tailored Pilates, strength, and stretch sessions. In the evenings, Sophie and Fi will share their expertise on training, nutrition, and racing as women. Sophie will also do a Q&A with no questions off the table.
Who is this for?
Women looking for a fun and supportive weekend on the trails. No prior trail running experience is needed. The pace will be relaxed, with plenty of stops to enjoy the views and catch your breath. We’ll have guides at the front and back, so no one feels rushed, and optional extras for keen beans.
